One Hour HVAC is always perfect. They arrive on time and send a text with the technician's picture. I always have Austin. He is such a nice man. He always describes everything he is doing. I use their twice-a-year maintenance - spring and fall. I used their duct cleaning service. I have been there for 5 years and I do not think it was ever done! I am so happy to have clean ducts, AND the dryer vent was very clogged. Austin did a great job on that too. He is very careful to not leave any mess which is very important to me. I recommend them !!! I wish I could leave them 6 stars.
Josh came to my home today to give me an estimate for replacing my heat pump. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, showed me my options, and gave me a fair price. I couldn't ask for more.
Jason arrived exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional, describing how he would go about his job. He listened patiently to my explanation before beginning. He inspected all of the equipment and then went into the crawl space. He discovered a main part of the ductwork that had disconnected from the air handler and then repaired it. The system is already quieter, and air is obviously flowing better through the vents. I am extremely pleased with both the company and Jason’s handling of my situation, and I am definitely full of relief that it didn’t seem to be as bad as I thought it might be. Thank you.
I had preventative maintenance today for heating and air conditioning. Dylan Desimone was the technician. Dylan was on time, very professional and explained everything that he was about to do. Everything is running smoothly. I can't thank you enough for your service and for the technicians that have come to my home in the past. They appear to like what they do and it shows in their work. Not rushed at all when I asked him many, many questions. Addressed all our concerns. Made recommendations for improved HVAC. Very knowledgeable. Worked very hard in a small, hot, hard to access space without complaint. This was a dirty sweaty job and yet he was very, very personal. A real pleasure to talk with. I hope Michael is always the one who services our HVAC in the future. Thanks Michael!
